5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

CORWRITERS uses artificial intelligence to generate content based on user input.

We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, reliable, or suitable for any specific purpose.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies

  • Content should be reviewed and edited before use

  • CORWRITERS is not responsible for how generated content is used

The Services do not provide legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the CORWRITERS platform, including its design, functionality, and underlying technology, remain the exclusive property of CORWRITERS.

You retain rights to the content you generate, subject to these Terms. However, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of such content does not violate any third-party rights.

7. Subscriptions & Payments

If you subscribe to a paid plan:

  • You agree to pay all applicable fees

  • Subscription fees may be billed on a recurring basis

  • You are responsible for canceling your subscription prior to renewal if you do not wish to continue

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a separate Refund Policy.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • Your use poses a risk to the platform or other users

  • Required by law or regulatory authority

You may terminate your account at any time by discontinuing use of the Services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

CORWRITERS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits

  • Loss of data

  • Business interruption

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the preceding 30 days.
